I’ve started teaching yoga at 21. For the past 14 years I’ve been organising and leading retreats and training programmes on 5 continents.
By now, I’ve successfully led 145 retreats globally, and continue to share my knowledge and experience with my international community of clients.
The retreat company I’ve created survived and thrived through the pandemic, gaining even more trust of my clients. Over 90% of the retreats I’ve offered have sold out.
85% of my clients are repeat clients – coming back to enjoy my retreats year after year.
At this point in my career I’ve realised all my retreat dreams and visions! This means that I’m now ready to pass on the extensive knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years, to you.

My Story
I was working myself to the ground, teaching 20+ weekly yoga and meditation classes, while living in Copenhagen.
I was teaching in many studios, and my work was in demand. My classes were full, which made me feel euphoric about the difference my work made in their lives.
And at the same time, my body was in a constant state of exhaustion. I dedicated myself 100% to my work and barely took days off. When I woke up in the morning, I still felt tired from the day before.
One night while biking home at 10pm after leading my regular evening class, I felt the usual tiredness in my body. Every part of me was aching from teaching and demonstrating too much. That moment made me question my choices.
A little voice in my head wondered: “What if I could create abundance and freedom, while offering my clients even bigger transformation?” A seed was planted that very moment.
A few months later, the day me and my then partner broke up, I knew I was ready for a big change. This was the day my retreat company was born.
What Next?
In the process of following my dream, I of course made tons of mistakes at first. But clients had brilliant results from the first retreat – it was a fully booked retreat at the Blue Lagoon in Iceland! I knew I was on the right track.
I started learning from the best experts and investing all I had into making my dream a reality.
I’ve learned about group facilitation, positioning, legal aspects and about consistently attracting my dream clients.
It worked! Looking back, I’m so proud and grateful I had the bravery to start and that I never quit.
I’ve cracked the code and created a lifestyle I always wanted including partnerships with phenomenal 4* and 5* spa resorts across Europe, a solid client base and complete flexibility.
No more exhausting myself. Instead, I chose complete freedom to decide when, where and with whom I get to work with next.
