Hi, I’m Elena Mironov, a Zurich based yoga- and meditation teacher and psychologist.

I’ve started teaching yoga at 21 and over 1.5 decades have been leading retreats and training programmes on 5 continents. By now, I’ve successfully led 145 retreats globally, and continue to share my knowledge and experience with my international community of clients.

The retreat company I’ve created survived and thrived through the pandemic, gaining even more trust of my clients.

Over 90% of the retreats I’ve offered have sold out.

85% of my clients are repeat clients – coming back to enjoy my retreats year after year.

At this point in my career I’m ready to pass on the extensive knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years of running retreats to professionals like you all over the world.

My Story

Twelve years ago, I was a yoga teacher barely scraping by and clueless about how to run retreats.

I was working myself to the ground, teaching 20+ weekly yoga and meditation classes, while living in Copenhagen.

I was teaching in the best studios in town, and felt so fortunate that my work was in demand. My classes were full and my students experienced growth and transformation, which made me feel euphoric about the difference my work made in their lives.

And at the same time, my body was in a constant state of exhaustion. I dedicated myself 100% to my work and barely took days off as living in Copenhagen is expensive. The income from yoga classes was limited, so in order to make my ends meet, I was forced to teach non-stop. Even when I woke up in the morning, I still felt tired from the day before.

One night while biking home at 10pm after leading my regular evening class, I felt the usual tiredness in my body. Every part of me was aching from teaching and demonstrating too much. At that moment, there was a thought in my mind that questioned my lifestyle.

A little voice in my head wondered: “What if there was a better way to serve your clients and live your life of purpose? What if you could create abundance and freedom you seek, while offering your clients even more of your expertise?” That thought was the first seed that was planted in me.

A few months later, the day I broke up with my then partner I knew I was ready for a big change. This is the day my retreat company was born.

What Next?

What followed is a whole lot of trial and error. I jumped into running retreats head first and of course made tons of mistakes at first. But clients had brilliant results from the first retreat onward, and I knew I was on the right track.

I started learning from the best experts and investing all I had into becoming the best version of a retreat facilitator and retreat company leader. I’ve put all I had into deepening my expertise as a teacher, learning about legal aspects of running retreats, strategic positioning and actually filling the groups every time so that I had an actual company rather than a dream or a vision.

It worked, and I’m so proud and grateful it did. I’ve cracked the code and created a lifestyle I always wanted including partnerships with phenomenal 4* and 5* spa resorts across Europe, a solid client base and complete flexibility.

No more running myself to the ground with endless yoga classes at studios. Instead, there’s total freedom to decide for myself when, where and with whom I get to work with next!
